§ 1 Scope

These terms and conditions of comCurrent GmbH, Friedrichstr. 36, 90408 Nürnberg, Germany, apply to all orders placed through our online shop by consumers and businesses.

§ 2 Contracting party, conclusion of contract

The purchase contract is concluded with comCurrent GmbH. The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. By submitting an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the goods in your cart. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or shipping confirmation by email.

§ 3 Prices, shipping costs

The prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT. Any additional shipping costs are shown transparently during checkout.

§ 4 Payment

The payment methods available during checkout are shown there (e.g. credit card, PayPal, SEPA direct debit, invoice, where offered).

§ 5 Delivery, retention of title

Delivery is made to the shipping address given at checkout. The goods remain our property until paid in full.

§ 6 Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. See our right of withdrawal page.

§ 7 Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as under the Product Liability Act. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.

§ 9 Dispute resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

§ 10 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this only applies insofar as it does not restrict mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of their habitual residence.
